This folder includs 3 folders, which are code: efdc code input: efdc input files to run model for 2004 EFDC_DO3D_2004: include 3D output of hourly results including:Velocity, salinity, surface elevation, and DO (constant DO consumption) DO simulation is one term simulation. i.e., using constant oxygen consumtion. Both surface and open bounary were set as satuartion DO computed based on temperature. Model resutls are saved in NetCDF format. Model resutls of water cells were saved in NetCDF. The grid information i.e. i,j etc. can be fiound inside the NetCDF The grid files in input files are : Dxdy.inp grid file with grid width and length, and depth Lxly.inp grid file with central coordinator.
