USGS-PERM Data was retrieved from individual state USGS offices. LA, MS, and TX were similarily formatted, but AL was unique.
Alabama stations were converted to IMEDS in excel (No record of this process remains).
Each state contains the datum conversion values provided. LA, MS, and TX were copied into the MERGED folder.
