(submitted to J.Geophys.Res.Oceans) describing a geometric method for estimating hypoxic volumes (HV) in the Chesapeake Bay. The directory includes the ROMS station files used for the vertical profiles from the model and a MATLAB .mat file of the 3-D HV from the average files. (2) comt_year5_output_seasonal_rr (196G) This directory holds the ROMS model outputs from the SRM Nowcast/Forecast for 2014 through 2017 (computed without data assimilation).
